Я специально выбрала этот отель для празднования своего дня рождения, и команда сделала его незабываемым. Отдельная благодарность Азизе )))из отдела бронирования — ещё до моего приезда она ознакомилась с моим Instagram-профилем, благодаря чему меня ждали персональное поздравление, красивый подарок, апгрейд и множество приятных сюрпризов. Именно такой индивидуальный подход и отличает по-настоящему высокий уровень сервиса. Сам отель новый, современный, безупречно чистый и очень стильный. Любые вопросы решаются быстро, а персонал искренне заботится о гостях. Несмотря на расположение немного в стороне от центра, это скорее преимущество: здесь тихо, камерно и очень комфортно. Великолепный SPA, потрясающие завтраки в Tribeca и невероятно красивая летняя терраса Bentley Terrace сделали отдых идеальным. Спасибо всей команде The Ritz-Carlton, Baku за эмоции, заботу и сервис, который хочется рекомендовать. Обязательно вернусь! 🤍

10.0Хороший, уютный отель. Комфортный и очень чистый номер. Главное достоинство - это команда отеля. Очень все старались, чтобы нам все понравилось. Близко от аэропорта, даже в час пик доехали без пробок.
