Beautiful hotel ,luxurious rooms and with lovely views
9.0Beautiful setting for this hotel. The reception//lobby are very aesthetic. The rooms were very comfortable and quite spacious. We liked the luxurious details of the hotel in and around the setting. The breakfast was very good quality with a huge variety. The swimming pool is a large good size. The spa which consists of sauna/steam etc was included and easily booked, via Oumayma who was very helpful. Overall i enjoyed the stay and felt very refreshed whilst on the trip.
− The service/esp housekeeping was a little slow when requesting anything over the phone. If we wanted anything for ex bed sheets/ towels , it would require a few phone calls, and take about 30 mins to receive. This was a little disappointing as the hotel was not especially busy.
