The hotel of good quality, the rest things are excellent: quiet and tidy hotel.
8.0The breakfast was good, but much Chinese food.
− Wi-fi operated poorly. The staff at reception could not get payment using my Union Pay debit card (issued in Russia). Though other hotels in other cities in China easily did it the same week during my trip. The personnel tried to get money only one time and did not tried more attempts.

6.0預訂了三人的房間，到達時只能提供兩人的床位。 立即向前台表達意見，他們答應下午會加床給我們。 夜晚回房卻發現還沒有加床，再向前台查詢，他們卻說房務人員已下班，未能提供額外床位。最後他們把我們升級至套房，但依然沒有第三張床，第三人只能睡梳化。 雖然很感謝夜間同事盡力幫忙，這事故卻不應發生，這不是突發事情，而是很早預約時已說明的事，不明白為何一個酒店大集團會容許這事發生，很影響旅客的計劃，亦感受不了酒店對旅客的重視。
