Got moved into another flat
4.0− The landlord cancelled the day before because of maintenance issues. They provided us with another flat at Vesta apartments near the station but I didn’t like the flat nor the location.
Great location, responsive host.
9.0The location was excellent (which is why we chose it in the first place). Communication with the host was excellent. They responded very quickly to all queries. They provided a fan next day when the weather turned hot.
− The online instruction manuals were unreadable, worse than useless (PDF format that could not be increased in size). Cleaners did not replenish supplies as expected: toilet rolls were used up but not replaced, hand soap similarly.
