− The bath was very high and located downstairs off the kitchen. The stairs would be an issue for someone with mobility issues.

− It would have been a nice touch to have had tea and coffee with milk (even if long life milk in the small containers).
Really only just a bed for the night.
3.0Bedding was great quality - crips, clean white sheets, comfy mattresses. Good sleep. Good location, very close to town centre.
− I'm sorry to leave this review. This is a VERY small property and it's in need of an upgrade. There isn't any care shown in the guest experience (other than the beds, which are fab). The stairs are close to being dangerous. One of our party was an elderly lady - the stairs are tight and small and carpeted in a slippery carpet. Picking up the keys down an alley in the dark isn't ideal. THe simple things are missing - that could easily be fixed. E.g. a shower curtain in 2025 (yuck). No matching mugs, Things that show care has been taken for this property. Overall, this is NOT value for money and it just smacks of a corporate host taking guests for granted. We've stayed in Henley annually for a while and this was a disappointment.
A lovely cottage with a perfect location. Very clean and comfortable beds. Would highly recommend.

− There was only one hand towel. Ideally for hygienic reasons there should be one per guest. Especially when washing and drying hair. The courtyard could do with a little TLC (lots of weeds).

− TV hardly worked due to poor signal (kids not happy!). Double bed not super comfortable. Dining table very wonky. Stairs have no rail/bannister.
