8.0This was my second visit to this property, and once again I had the opportunity to stay in an apartment — this time on both the 22nd and 38th floors, with a beautiful view of the bay. A big plus is the staff and their quick response to any issues. Upon entering the apartment, I noticed that the coffee machine was broken. After reporting the problem, a replacement coffee machine was brought to me within about an hour. This kind of customer service definitely deserves praise.
− As for the downsides, I feel that the property has the potential to offer its guests much more. First and foremost, more attention should be paid to the thoroughness of cleaning and the cleanliness of certain items in the apartments. In both apartments I stayed in, the sofas were noticeably stained. I understand that not all guests treat the furnishings in the same way, but given the high volume of guests at the hotel, the sofas should be deep-cleaned from time to time, for example with a professional upholstery cleaner. The cost of such equipment is relatively small considering the amount of traffic and the number of guests the property accommodates. Another issue is parking. The parking service offered by the hotel is, in my opinion, quite expensive. Just a few minutes' walk from the property, it is possible to find parking at a much more reasonable price. It would be worth considering a more competitive parking rate for hotel guests. Dear Director and Management, please pay more attention, especially to the cleanliness and condition of the apartments and their furnishings. With such a beautiful property, fantastic views, and responsive staff, improving these aspects could significantly increase guests' comfort and overall satisfaction. Overall, I had a positive experience, and the quick response of the staff shows that the hotel genuinely knows how to take care of its guests. I hope that on my next visit, the cleanliness standards will be just as good as the service.

− I called prior to confirm the complimentary drinks since it was our anniversary surprise for my partner. And was told they give it upon arrival but when I went to pay the young lady stated they no longer offer that at the hotel.
