− Plastic fence around the hot tub was broken, cable tied together and duck taped, was given the wrong lodge number on my confirmation message, on arrival I had to call a number and fill in a form but had no signal so then had to beg for a key code to get in once we found the right lodge. Wifi password in the welcome pack is wrong. There was no fans in the lodge so was unbelievably hot. Didn't get the right code in a message until we had checked out and left

8.0the lodge was nice had everything we needed to be fair. lovely welcome basket on arrival. thank you.
− only went in hot tub once. couldn't work out how to get the jets to work and it wasn't easy to get the cover off etc. some instructions would have been helpful. also TV. we had to stay in one night as the rain was torrential but couldn't get netflix etc to work. again instructions would be helpful.
