10.0The staff and the hotel were both beautiful and accommodating. I only wish that we would have gone when we could have enjoyed the property and grounds more.

10.0The rooms, the hotel were absolutely spotless, so clean. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was no ordinary continental breakfast, more like a fabulous feast, and the food was delicious. Lounge is super spacious and a great place to relax and unwind. Supper impressed by this property and cant wait to see the grounds in the summer

10.0This is probably a fifth time staying here. It’s a hidden jewel of the Catskills! Rooms are amazingly clean the old Homestead for dinner. It’s one of the very best breakfast is amazing..

Terrible Management and Service
2.0I booked an ADA compliant room and called and asked several times if it was a walk in shower where they confirmed yes. Then they give me a room with a tub/shower. There was no food available. Take out at the restaurant was not available which I was NOT told about ahead of time. The staff was extremely rude. This is really disappointing as the hotel itself is beautiful and in one of my favorite locations.
