10.0From the moment of checking in we were treated professionally. The lady maintaining the breakfast area was hard-working and extremely efficient. Our room was spacious, with superb pillows and bed coverings. The kitchen was useful for meals and snacks.

1.0Room was dirty especially behind couch. They need to clean behind it every time. In addition there was hair on floor in kitchenette area.

9.0The room was huge and clean. You did not get housekeeping unless you asked for it ( a good thing). If you needed extra towels, toilet paper, etc. you could ask at the front desk and they would hand it to you. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Other guests were nice.

4.0Breakfast was good. The rooms were clean.
− We came in after 8pm and they didn't have our reservation from Booking.com. When we finally got rooms, it was 85 degrees. The cupboard next to our door was broken and we had to watch our heads because it was in the way of the door. No one was there at check out except the breakfast lady who couldn't help us get a receipt. The fridge was also not anchored and came out each time we opened it's door.

I wouldn't book here due to the lack of any customer service!
4.0The beds were comfortable. Good location near the highway, gas and food.
− Guest next to me had a cat hey claimed was a service dog, cried for hours and front desk did nothing to make it right or to get the owner of the animal back quicker. They did not care!! Walls are very thin, I would never stay here again.
