10.0Although the room was very small, it was more than enough for our three day stay. The water in the shower got really hot, and the room was clean. While the bed was nice and firm, the pillows were poor. The available movies on the TV was great. None of the staff speak English, but thankfully my boyfriend speaks Spanish. The location is perfect, 5 minute walk to the main square. And across the street from the artisan market!

8.0This is a small hotel with just a few rooms. My room was very clean and staff were friendly and courteous. The hotel is located in the zona central surrounded by restaurants and shops and just a few blocks from the Parroquia. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because my room was next to the kitchen and there was some noise in the early morning.

− Room was small but adequate for 1 person. Bathroom could do with a refresh especially the sink and shower. Also a smell from the drain in the shower

7.0El hotel es muy pequeño, familiar y muy tranquilo. Dormí muy bien. La cama muy cómoda. Está cerca del centro.
− En la página decía que era hotel de 5 estrellas pero será de 2 o 3. El primer día la habitación olía a humedad. El WiFi fallaba mucho y en la tele se congelaba la imagen cada minuto, mejor la apagué y al día siguiente lo reporte en la recepción. La tele no estaba frente a la cama tenía que verla de lado y es molesto para el cuello. El lavabo muy pequeño. El dispensador de jabón para manos muy arriba. La toalla demasiado chica y las de baño muy viejas. No había ni una silla o banco para poner la maleta. No me gustó el desayuno. Avisé que saldría a las 8 am para ir a la Central y no había nadie en recepción para despedirme. Que falta de atención
