− I couldn't sleep due to bed bugs biting me. When walking to go to the second floor the outside step would make a creaking sound and it feels like I'm about to fall. Not a lot of channels, too much noise from the people upstairs playing music and rearranging furniture while I'm trying to sleep do to me have to go to work . Unable to cook , had to keep ordering out & some days I would go & cook over my Niece house, no laundromat on the premise for the guests to wash their clothes. Only due weekly rates not monthly.

− Everything…the roaches were really bad no matter how many rooms I changed..it was not clean..mold and weird smells..the sink was back up for weeks and no one never came to fix it..and again the roaches
