− Le propriétaire qui souhaite 1500 euros en liquide de caution de garantie ! Un gardien sympathique au demeurant qui entretient la propriété mais qui vit sur place . Une grande rigueur : comptage des serviettes et des verres. La proximité immédiate du route très bruyante. Pas d'éponges pour des raisons d'hygiène . Des odeurs d'égouts.
