For most, an absolutely charming spot for a base to explore.
7.0Cottage was charming and well located in a small village with access to essentials.
− Pictures all showed the extensive off-road parking but it was only when receiving the check-in instructions was it made clear that the area was not part of the property. Street parking was available outside but limited. Commensurate with the cottage age, thresholds are low, furniture and beds are also low. The stairs are also very steep. Whilst I cannot attach blame to the owner (as I should have thought about it in advance), I am elderly and struggle with mobility which led to us leaving early, unable to continue our stay. Perhaps the description should mention the absence of private parking and that some aspects of the accommodation may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

9.0It was spacious, very clean and beds comfortable . The area was quiet and good access to on road parking.
− I didn’t realise there was no garden or an outside space you could sit in. Some basic kitchen items were missing, small frying pan, ice cube tray (it was excessively hot weather) and brush and dustpan but a lovely new oven and nice roomy kitchen.
