− Live manager at the desk but I had to check in on a video conference thru a kiosk? He was hard to understand and it was awkward. Then the shower didnt work. Also my room was off the lobby. Super loud for the 5 minutes I was in my room. Had the smell and feel of an old outdayed school. Lots of contractor grade finishes.
I would not stay in our hotel again.

Overall my stay was good I liked it.. just didn’t like that they didn’t have a pool

An uncomfortable and below par stay. I will never stay here again.
1.0The maintenance man was trying to help with what he could but was not able to.
− The check in process was difficult without a front desk person. We were not award that no one would be onsight. The facilities were dirty and did not work in our room. The lock on our door worked; however the dead bolt was completely missing. The closet lights did not work. The suitcase holder was broken. The kitchen was dirty with left over food in the cabinets. The tv remotes did not have backs. I asked for a hair dryer and there was not one available. The elevator didn't open on the first try.
