10.0We hebben een ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad bij Gleam Hotel Collection in Nişantaşı. Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, voelden we ons welkom. Het hotel is modern, sfeervol en uitstekend onderhouden. De kamers zijn mooi ingericht, erg schoon en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt voor een comfortabel verblijf. Wat ons vooral positief heeft verrast, was het ontbijt. We hadden eerlijk gezegd niet verwacht dat het zo uitgebreid en goed verzorgd zou zijn. Er was ontzettend veel keuze, alles was vers en de kwaliteit was echt uitstekend. Een heerlijke manier om de dag te beginnen! Ook het personeel verdient een groot compliment. In het bijzonder willen we Arda en Can bedanken voor hun gastvrijheid, vriendelijkheid en persoonlijke aandacht. Ze stonden altijd voor ons klaar en deden er alles aan om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Wat Arda en Can vooral bijzonder maakt, is dat hun gastvrijheid heel natuurlijk en oprecht overkomt. Je merkt dat ze plezier hebben in hun werk en echt aandacht hebben voor de gasten. Dat maakt voor ons een groot verschil. Daarnaast ligt het hotel op een fijne locatie in Nişantaşı, met volop winkels, restaurants en gezellige plekken in de omgeving. We hebben hier met veel plezier verbleven en zouden dit hotel zonder twijfel aanbevelen aan iedereen die Istanbul bezoekt. Bij ons volgende bezoek komen we zeker graag terug. Nogmaals bedankt aan het hele team en in het bijzonder aan Arda en Can voor de geweldige service en het fijne verblijf!
