10.0Wonderful location makes this hotel a great option. The room size is very good for a Japanese hotel. Only negative the lighting was poor especially over basin trying to shave for a male or apply makeup for my wife was very difficult.

10.0Location was perfect for us, not too far from Dontobori with lots of eatery near by, plus convenience store and just around the corner from the shopping stores. Room was clean and comfy, staff was friendly, and breakfast had a wonderful selection.

10.0The service was great. We opted to have our luggage sent to our hotel ahead of time since we were taking the Shinkansen from Tokyo to Osaka. The luggage was already waiting for us in the room. Breakfast had a great variety of foods and drinks. It was soooo convenient to have breakfast at the hotel. The room was spacious compared to our previous hotel. We actually had room to open our luggage!
