6.0Der Zimmerservice war unzureichend für ein 5-Stern Hotel: Boden nicht gesaugt/geputzt (Haare lagen auf dem WC-Boden), Fenster waren dreckig, Minibar war leer, etc. Insgesamt ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen! Am Rezeption hat man unseren Hinweis nicht wirklich ernst genommen.

10.0My family had a wonderful stay. This is a very safe hotel and has two very nice restaurants that are open late. There is also a Starbucks. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I 100% recommend this hotel.

10.0Excellent hotel!! Don’t think twice and book this hotel, you won’t regret it!!! Everyone who works there (EVERYONE) is super nice, helpful, attentive, friendly, and makes all the difference to ensure a perfect stay!!! The hotel is super clean, beautiful, pleasant, with a great location!!! Definitely, if I return to Cairo, I will stay here again!! A tip: Book executive rooms that have access to the lounge!!! Breakfast is also excellent!!! Thanks to everyone at Hilton Maadi Hotel!!
