Too many problems even before checking in.
4.0The property itself was clean, modern and comfortable. Situated close by to a supermarket which was useful.
− Had to jump through many difficult hoops even before check in. 1) Once booked, we were informed and reminded multiple times about how important it is to put the parking pass in the apartment, in the car to avoid fines. After a confusing maze of instructions of how to even access the property, we frantically tried to find this pass to eventually be told once contacting the host, the previous people took this by accident. it would have been nice to know this information beforehand. 2) A day before the check in we were asked to provide a photo ID and upload proof for each member. Again we had several reminders which felt very forceful. This also just felt extremely unnecessary for each member, baring in mind the app used did not work well. 3) As soon as I informed the host our reason for staying (which was that we had a local wedding to attend) i began to get further information about noise which lead to me having to pay a £200 damage and noise deposit. Being a very quiet and respectful group, we did not appreciate the loud noises coming from the opposite apartment along with its foul weed stench in the hallway. Overall the whole experience felt extremely stressful, which is the last thing needed when travelling from a distance for an occasional already. I would highly think twice about booking, despite the nice looking apartment, there is also a strict notice sensor in the apartment. You almost felt you could not even laugh and enjoy without being peanalised.
Good for short stay
8.0Location was good, as it was close to the Grand Station. Apartment was clean and had most things you need and was decent sized.
− Directions to get in were a little difficult to follow. Heating was on a timer. Whole inside of apartment building smelled of pot.
