8.0All pretty easy and room excellent. Very clean and lovely large room. Beds all ordered in advance and it was delivered as requested. Very helpful WhatsApp instructions on how to get to room outside desk hours.
− The keyless entry system didn't work particularly well and involved a lot of downloads and tech. It didn't work on my Android. Luckily another member of the group downloaded the app from an iPhone and we eventually accessed the room, in the small hours. The WhatsApp contact didn't respond to an out of hours enquiry circa midnight.
