− Funcionária da recepção nos abordou de forma abrupta, na frente de outros hóspedes, quando estávamos saindo às 8h30 para uma última volta na cidade, questionando se voltaríamos a tempo de fazer o checkout, que era apenas 11h. Respondemos que sim, claro, pois sabíamos do horário da saída, e ela ainda assim reiterou o questionamento de forma brusca. Foi constrangedor, como se estivéssemos fugindo do hotel.
