We had a great stay at this caravan. It was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was excellent, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again.

Key Safe

− The caravan was tired, only one bathroom if 10 people stayed, photos are deceiving, space very limited not as shown on booking.com. Beds not made up, very old and thin quilts with old Park Quilt Sets, some had holes in. The actual living area was extremely small. Facilities were all closed and we were not notified of this. Heating was off on arrival so we arrived to a fridge like temperature. we stayed for an hour

Close by to the amenities.

− Wasn't clean, oven dirty, some of the bedding had stains, pillows not enough and wafer thin, had to buy some from Asda's. 10 birth caravan and 4 cups!!. Black mould in one of the wardrobes. And on the wall under the table. The mat in the seating area is a trip hazard. But when we lifted it up we could see why it was down as there was damage to the floor.

Hosts were very helpful. The location was good. Four bedrooms were useful as there were 10 of us

− There was only one toilet and it states there are two. The sofabed could not be used as it was very uncomfortable. Kitchen area very small. More suitable for less people

Location to Clacton-on-Sea value for money

− Cleaning Could of told as about the price of the pass so we could use the swimming pool or hire the bikes

Amazing family location

The caravan was clean, comfy and so close to all the amenities. Perfect for our family holiday. Kids club was brilliant and swimming nice and clean. Would definitely recommend. Host was very helpful, responded quickly and made us feel very welcome.
