8.0凄く清掃も行き届いて綺麗ラウンジの珈琲飲めたりゆっくり出来るスペースが良かった
− 洗濯機が2個しかなく待った！ロケーションが夏だからか良いとはあまり思わなかった
フロントの対応以外は良いホテルでした
8.0部屋の清掃が行き届いており、無駄なものが無くスッキリとしてとても居心地が良かったです。 ベッドも寝心地良くグッスリ眠れました。防音性も高かったように思います。 機会があればまた宿泊したいです。
− 事前精算を済ましていたにもかかわらず、更に現地決済をお願いされました。 事前決済済みのメールやサイトを見せても信用されず、こちらの記録に決済済みと書かれていないから、と。 取り敢えず確認をとられるとの事でチェックインはできましたがしばらく経ちフロントからの電話で決済済みの確認が取れました、と言われました。が申し訳ありませんでしたとは言われませんでした。 翌日のアウト時に同じ方が対応して下さいましたが、別の方の情報と間違えておられたとの事でした。 初めからホテル側に間違いがない前提で話がすすめられ、こちらを疑ったことによるしっかりとした謝罪がなかったことが不快でした。 そこだけが残念でした。
