The Moroccan spa is an absolute gem. The atmosphere is perfect for unwinding after a long day, with traditional touches that create an authentic and calming experience. The staff are top-notch attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. They go out of their way to anticipate your needs without being intrusive. For anyone looking for a place where service and relaxation are prioritized, this hotel is a standout choice.

4.0The rooms are far from soundproof. Loud music until 2am. Rooms have no air conditioning. If booking through Expedia do not expect breakfast to be included. They did not tell us breakfast was not included until after we ate breakfast even though they asked for our room number before we ate. Food for breakfast was always cold and not very good. They use some oil to cook that makes the food taste terrible. Service is slow and many do not speak or understand English which makes communication difficult. I stayed her on various occasions and the last time was provided the worst room ever. No offers to move us until we decided to leave. I will not stay here again.
