6.0No one was at any kind of office check in. It was after 9 so you're instructed to call 500 which a nice lady attended to us. That was a little weird. booking on booking. Com I got to the place and was told they had no rooms. I was frustrated and tired and the lady who was there made a call and we had a room in no time. Place was completely cleaned. Website and hotel should be in sync. Otherwise happy with the stay.

Fooled by the name. This is an apartment building.
4.0Extended stay hotel. They assumed I was some one who was homeless and just renting the room for the night. Would only give me one towel. When there was 2 ppl that I paid for and I wanted my pet to be included and I thought I did that through booking.com but when I got there they charged me extra $16.43. I had to call and ask for the Wi-Fi code. Not to mention when I got there my room key wouldn't work three different times and I ended up having to be moved to a different room. And I had already asked to use the restroom downstairs and they told me they didn't have a restroom for guests and I had to wait a whole other 15 minutes to get in my room because the keys wouldn't work. There's not much I liked about this place.
− At night time there's people that stand around by the doors and make you feel uncomfortable when you go in. Drinking alcohol just being loitering and drunk. There's a small trapped alligator and the retention pond behind the hotel. I don't understand why they only gave me one towel they said there were towels in the room but there were not. And I had one wash cloth. This is basically an apartment building. Also there is no ice machine.
