The views from upstairs was the only positive aspect of our stay

− This property is in serious need of a deep clean, repairs and maintenance and a general re-fresh. Our stay was ruined by all of the issues. The host knew that the shower was not working prior to our arrival, but failed to inform us and then after we complained from the property and asked for the issue to be escalated, we did not receive a response. It is unreasonable to expect 6 guests to share one bath for a 3 night stay when there was only enough hot water for 2 people at a push, especially when the property is still advertising that it has a shower facility available. The toilet flush in the bedroom ensuite did not work as it kept getting stuck, and we had to keep lifting the shelf on top of the cistern. The bath panel was coming off, and the toilet seat in the bathroom was really loose. Also in the bathroom, the lights were faulty, and either flickered on and off or didn't work at all. Some of the furniture was damaged, such as a chair where the upholstery was all ripped. There were large cobwebs on the light in living area, and the property overall did not meet a reasonable standard of cleanliness. Please save your money and do not stay here!!!

Nothing, my stay was completly ruined , by the lack of washing facilities could not have a shower for the whole stay, reported this, they couldn’t fix it, were unhelpful and rude.the plumber came into the property and made a mess which I had to clear up,he could not repair it as it needs replacing.look back at previous complaints.

− Spent my time away trying to liaise with the company host and stay, ruined my mini break, trying to get the shower to work, which they didn’t, were very very unhelpful, could not get any kind of refund from them for ruining my stay, would not recommend them, and would not take their excuse, as they do not have one, because they do not care about the customer experience.look back at previous complaints, before you think of booking.

Amazing View, Needs a bit of tlc

Best.view across the water, decent size and comfortable beds.

− We raised a faulty shower with the team, broken toilet and also a broken toilet seat. Amazing view but very tired inside. Also think the waahing machine only works on one cycle. No curtain from the hallway to a bedroom so light flooded in.

− Only enough hot water for 2 people to shower. Very dusty light in living area. Stains on 2 double bed mattresses when stripped

The view

− Very dirty,full of cobwebs. Wasps flying around the living room. Electric sockets not fixed to the wall, very unsafe. Light fitting in bedroom hanging with wires showing. No light in the stairwell so pitch black. Broken flush in the ensuite. Shower boiling hot and awful controls to use. Electric heaters don't work. Windows in the main bedroom didn't close fully so very drafty. Dirty pots in the cupboard and only one oven shelf to use. Fridge smelly and didn't close fully. Found a woodlouse under my pillow in the main bedroom and spiders in the bathroom. Just an awful Stay would not recommend at all. Only nice thing was the view through the filthy windows.
