Misleading advert and photos.

The view and the extremely comfortable beds

− Rear metal steps into property. Misleading advert that didn’t indicate an upstairs apartment and some horrendous stairs. No garden for upstairs flat. Big part of advert photos showed a large telescope that is not usable and likely never has been.

Great views and location! Clean and comfy

The view and the location are amazing! The views of the castle at sunset and access to the beach and shops is perfect! The beds were so comfy and the whole place was very clean and had good equipment in the kitchen.

− I would suggest for a place with 3 double bedrooms an extra 2 seater sofa is needed at the very least as there isn't enough space to seat 6 in the living room. You need to replace the dining chairs, they are very weak and bent easily. Also i would advertise more clearly the stairs at the back of the property are a full flight of metal stairs as we had someone with limited mobility and when i called the agent said there were a few steps at the back to get access to the flat, its quite precarious!

Stunning view over the beach towards the Farne Islands and nice airy flat within walking distance of Seahouses

− The pillows. Solid bolsters - very uncomfortable Kitchen could have had some slightly newer pans and more of them. Very scratched teflon is not great to use
