Dommage de n’avoir pas pu rester plus longtemps !

Dès que nous sommes entrés nous nous sentis comme chez nous dans ce joli cottage aménagé et décoré avec le plus grand soin. Un grand merci à Susan pour sa gentillesse, pour le petit panier garni et pour tout le soin qu’elle apporte à l’accueil des vacanciers. Tout était réuni pour réussir cette pause de deux nuits.

THIS IS AN IDEAL BASE FOR VISITING ALL OF THE NATIONAL TRUST PLACES AND TOURIST ATTRACTIONS NEARBY, THE ROADS TO GET HERE ARE VERY OPEN AND EASY TO DRIVE . THE PROPERTY IS IN A SMALL VILLAGE/HAMLET JUST NORTH OF HEXHAM, IN A VERY BEAUTIFUL SETTING , THE PICTURES DO NOT DO THE PROPERTY JUSTICE IT IS A VERY COSY PLACE WHICH CATCHES THE SUN AT THE END OF THE DAY , IT IS VERY CLEAN AND HAS EVERYTHING YOU WOULD WANT . AN IDEAL PLACE IN AN IDEAL LOCATION .

Beautiful accommodation in a stunning location

Maggies was the perfect stay for our 4 day visit to Hadrians Wall area. The location was excellent for us visiting areas along the Wall. The cottage was beautiful, warm, cosy and comfortable. Very well equipped for cooking. Comfortable bed, quality bed linens, great shower. The wood burning stove was a lovely addition, great supply of logs outside. A very short walk is the Hadrians Hotel, for food and and an evening drink, adjacent to the hotel is the bus stop for the AD122 bus, which stops at various places along the wall. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Maggies Cottage.
