6.0We’ve been coming to this hotel every summer since moving to Dubai in 2022, and up until now it’s always been a 5-star experience for us. The rooms remain lovely, comfortable, and well-kept — that part hasn’t changed. The ocean water had visible garbage, there were a lot of flies around the resort and the atmosphere was very different, with the hotel feeling overcrowded and dominated by all-inclusive tour groups. Saving sunbeds at 7am! As arrivals on a Friday at 2pm, it was almost impossible to find a bed by the pool. It’s such a shame because this place has been a special spot for us, but we couldn’t even push to give it 4 stars this time.

10.0Great resort. We should have done all inclusive but had car so easy to go into city for food. Beautiful room. Wonderful property. Very clean. In great condition. Nice beach. Great pool vibe. We don't have kids with us but lots of families there. We are from Canada.
