Out of many stay through Booking.com, this stay was worst stay I ever did.

− - Check in Experience was horrible - Very poor in establishing communication - AI integrated which answers same . - Bed mattress was very poor standard as it hit my back . Very low priced mattress - Blood spot found on blanket / Dubet cover - Toilet supply was low. and many more.
I booked 4 days and left after 2!
1.0Nothing it was dirty, the mattress was the worst thing I’ve ever led on. My windows didn’t lock on my room. The entire place was scruffy. The toilet floor was stained, shower was hanging off! I was itching all the time as soon as I got out the shower, probably infested with fleas!

What was Advertised is not what I got. No WiFi, no car park.

4.0It was ok the house was clean and modern but my room had some issues that were never resolved No blinds on the window.. then i found them in drawer Headboard broken Temperature knob for radiator snapped off
Very poor
2.0− I can not review the room on Bedford Street as I was moved to a single room on Electricity Road at the very last minute. I had no pillows on the first night, and no one was answering my call or texts. Next day, an apology text arrived, and two pillows in front of the room awaited . The room window was not closing properly, and the hot water was intermittent in the mornings. The shower light was flashing, and a half roll of poor quality toilet paper was provided. The other guests were noisy till late ours and awake early and listened music on corridor at 5.30 am.
