Another Great Stay at Kona Village!
10.0Had another great stay at Kona Village! We were with a group of 20 for a birthday party and everyone had a great time. The rooms were great and spacious like normal. We had rooms spread out so a few on the lagoon, one with a pond view, and one beachfront. They were all great in their own way. Shoutout to the private dinner crew and a special shoutout to Lona at the front desk who always welcomed us with a smile and was very helpful.
Gem of the Big Island
10.0We just returned from our honeymoon at Kona Village, Rosewood and had an absolutely incredible stay. The entire experience was so relaxing and peaceful. The property is stunning, the vibe is quiet in the best possible way, and it truly felt like we were in our own little world. The staff was genuinely wonderful. Everyone we interacted with was warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcomed. We were actually shocked to read older reviews that mentioned concerns about service or attention to detail. Our experience was the complete opposite. Every touch felt thoughtful and effortless. Overall, it was a 10 out of 10 honeymoon for us. If you are looking for a beautiful, calm, and special place to unwind, Kona Village is a total gem. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

10.0My birthday trip at Kona Village was absolute perfection. The staff, service, spa, and beachfront location were all exceptional. The hales make you feel completely immersed in nature in a way that even top resorts like 1 Hotel Hanalei can’t replicate. It was my second time on the Big Island and my first stay at Kona Village , definitely won’t be my last! 🌺

10.0Fantastic visit. The Kona Village staff treat you as your part as if you’re part of the o’hana. Every single staff member all over the resort will stop and take time to help you and get you anything you need. We loved the adult only pool, the beach, activities, and the overall laid-back atmosphere. The dining was great whether you eat in one of their restaurants or room service.
