− O período entre check-in e check-out, poderia ter um pouco mais de tempo, pois nisso o cliente perde 3hrs e uma diária deveria ser 24hrs!! O café da manhã tbm se estender uma hora a mais, seria interessante!!

Início e meio ótimos, final lamentável!
5.0A maioria dos funcionários foi excepcional, o café da manhã é ótimo. O serviço de bar e restaurante é ótimo!
− Infelizmente no último momento perderam muitos pontos. Quando fizemos o check in disseram que poderíamos fazer o checkout e deixar o carro com as malas no carro. A funcionária que fez o checkout e que pelo que entendi estava voltando de férias disse que após o checkout eu teria que retirar o carro do estacionamento do Hotel devido a demanda. Ao sair e colocar as malas no carro observei que ainda haviam vagas e mesmo que não existissem vagas o que ela disse contrariou o que foi dito no inicio, no checkin. Esse final acabou com a experiência positiva inicial. Resolvi ir embora para não ficar discutindo após uma viagem, mas essa experiência negativa foi bem ruim. Não saia de férias há 2 anos e havia prometido ao meu filho voltar ao mar mais tarde. Deveriam ter mais cuidado com toda a experiência do cliente ainda mais com alguém que já havia fechado e saido do quarto e poderia consumir mais além de voltar em outras oportunidades.
