10.0The hotel staff were lovely, we were upgraded to a deluxe room with a hot tub, as it was my partners 50th birthday. Also a lovely touch, a bottle of prosecco waiting in the room with a card.

10.0Stayed for our daughter’s wedding which was first class. Food, staff facilities and organisation was exceptional. Thoroughly recommend.
Good, but could be better
6.0Our experience was generally good, the staff both on reception and in the restaurant were very pleasant. The food was disappointing as it didn’t live up to its expectations of the menu, which was a shame. There was a lot of noice coming from the outside patio area as people used this space for smoking and vaping. Our room over looked this, you could hear a lot of noise even with the window closed along with the various smells from the smoke.

8.0Room was small but perfect for what we were after, and It included toiletries and tea making facilities. We had a private hot tub which was brilliant. The was a good selection at breakfas,t but at dinner there were quite a lot of meals unavailable, but what we had was very nice. The hotel was generally quite shabby but that is the intention I think and it did add to its charm.
