− I had a problem, there was an accident in the hotel and they make arragements for a new hotel but it was stressful and no help to move my things to one hotel to the other.

8.01泊の予約でしたが、仕事の会食が長引きチェックインが夜中(朝方近く)になってしまったのですが、とても丁寧にご対応いただけました。フロントでの短いやり取りですが、ホスピタリティの高さが伺えました。

10.0Collegato benissimo con la metro. Staff molto accogliente, ci ha preso i bagagli anche prima del check-in e ci ha fornito gli ombrelli (…quel giorno pioveva). Colazione buona e varia.
− La stanza era davvero piccola, da un lato il letto matrimoniale era accostato al muro. Comunque abbiamo dormito bene!

10.0Loved the location and the friendliness of the staff. Bonus that there was a central smoking room for my husband. Having washer and dryers was a huge plus. Great value.
− We were a little disappointed that our room looked out onto a wall of another building, but not a game changer. Wish they had larger garbage cans in the rooms. This may sound weird but if you stay you will understand. :)
