Very well presented, great location for Trams. Clean smart and modern.

− Location was very hard to find as address pin on Google Maps and Booking.com was in the wrong place and couldn't find the front door for 30 mins. Needs addressing and some better signage would be great. Car parking is non existent despite showing as having parking, has one space for 4 apartments and no where locally to leave a car long term.

The apartment was great and newly remodeled. Everything seemed new and very tastefully decorated. It was close to Manchester sirport. Hosts were responsive. The apartment is very secure.

− There was no parking anywhere. All the spots on the street were marked "disabled" so we had much difficulty finding a place. The listing description for the apartment says there is parking on premises, but clearly this is not the case. Also, the listing makes it sound like the apartment is on the 2nd floor, but it is on the 3rd floor. There are 3, long, steep flights of stairs with no lift. This needs to be noted in the listing. The location of the apartment was hard to find.

Lovely modern apartment, tastefully decorated and spacious. Home from home feel, great having two bathrooms/toilets and large modern shower room. Beds were very comfy indeed and the apartment was clean.

− Lots of door accesses to property and climbing two flights of stairs with luggage was tiring. Curtains in bedroom were very thin, no linings so the sun shone through very early making you feel it was time to get up when it wasn't. I think black out lining on the bedroom curtains is needed personally for a better nights sleep.
