4.0I'm to annoyed with the negative parts to say
− The apartment itself is nice the management of the apartment ruined the stay. I didn't like a surprise damage waiver for £30.00 or £150 deposit after making the booking and before arriving. I didn't like the key being 1.6miles away from the property (how silly is that). I didn't like trying to be charged for parking (when the car park is free ), my family live on the complx so I know this was just squeezing us for money. I didn't like the 6am email on the morning of checkout with a list of demands before we checked out. I didn't like that there was a coffee machine but withojt any pods, and instead sachet coffee and long life milk pots, pretty poor for £150+ a night I didnt like getting an email saying 'we might be able to arrange late checkout', wording it as if it could be a perk, to then be directed to a payment page with a £25.00 charge!!

− The smoke alarm battery in the bedroom went off beeping in the night (this obviously can happen) as must have been flat.

9.0Lovely high ceilings. Staff brought the key to the property first night. Would be great to use a key safe or something
− No views. Key pick up is not close to property. Dishwasher wasn’t working

7.0− Needing to travel to another location to collect and drop off keys isn't great. The location instructions weren't very clear and confusing. The lack of parking is poor
