− Room is not clean, they don't change bedsheets regularly. I stayed for 3 days, but they have not provided room service in any of the days.

3.0The 2 support staff / helper boys did good job to respond and they sincerely helped with whatever needed irrespective of language issues . Provided space for driver to sleep and washrooms which is appreciatable.
− There were quiet few that we ( my parents ) dint like while they stayed at the location: 1. Lift service was not available. 2. Breakfast quality was pathetic and horrible . Attached the hotels standard breakfast to the image here . 3. Value to cost is not even justified. We paid 7000 per night and the rooms quality can be seen in the images . The charges are no less than any star hotels but the stay was not that comfortable. Do not justify the price tag . 4. Language problems 5. Toiletries are not provided by default . My parents had to request paste , shampoos, soap and then the property team has adjusted them .
