Liars Stole My Money
4.0I have multiple email confirmations for an OCEAN VIEW room. When i got there, they claimed to know nothing about it, and refused to honornmy ocean-view reservation. We got stuck across the street, behind two buildings between us and the ocean. The view out our front door was of an abandoned, dilapidated, half-finished addition to the hotel. To add insult to injury, they made us sit and wait at checkout so someone could search our room to make sure we didn’t steal anything.
