Funcionários muito atenciosos! Estávamos indo do aeroporto para Gramado e a localização foi perfeita para descansarmos à noite, antes de seguirmos viagem!

− Estávamos em 3 e só havia uma toalha no banheiro. Como era madrugada, não pedimos outras, mas faltou essa atenção com relação ao número de hóspedes. O lençol estava bem manchado e faltou travesseiro no quarto.
