− When my family reached the hotel the room was not ready and waiting later the receptionist given the key and said room is on that side …no responsibility at all from the employee and in one room no water later has to change..

− Rooms , Blanket , Pillows are not in clean and it’s totally not able to use, staffs are not cooperating, once we reached the property no room boys support us to offload the luggage
