6.0El hotel estaba muy vacío y como un poco abandonado. Necesita más limpieza, más atención, un mejor servicio y mejor restaurante. A veces no atendían a nuestra llamada. La cocina no funcionaba y el desayuno no estaba disponible. Pero la habitación era amplia y cómoda.

5.0Spacious room and bathroom
− Very basic service. The hotel was obviously deserted, so it was freezing cold. I had to ask for a blanket and the hot water took 10 mn to reach the bathroom. No breakfast ready; I ordered a plain omelette and was served a strange, oily, burned thing with black spots looking like dead flies, probably just ashes... They don't accept international credit cards, not very convenient for a "Palace".
