Came home early struggling with the stairs

Flat was good

− Lift broken . It was very hard for us to walk up 3 flights of stairs

Excellent flat, views and location. Super for meeting family doing MacMillan marathon walk. We found free parking on Rabling Road and there are other roads near there for free car parking. Super meal at the Roof Terrace as the weather was great.

− We were asked for a huge deposit of £300 after we had already paid for the flat and not long before we went. In other words too late to cancel. We received the money back 5 days after we came home. This could be a problem for some people given we were not told beforehand about the amount, although we knew we would have to pay a deposit. There was an issue with the front door lock which was playing up for all residents. There were no scissors in the kitchen or corkscrew. We were very anxious to report the damaged bathroom door and bedroom blind on arrival because of the deposit. We did have a message and sent photos of the damage.

Great Apartment, Great View, Great Location

This is a great property superbly located for the town center and beach, well kitted out with everything you need for a short stay - even has a full laundry room downstairs. We found the place to be very comfortable overall and loved the sea view from the window - great to just sit with a coffee or glass of wine. Despite being in the town center and staying over a weekend, we didn't experience any noise at all. Strongly recommended and would happily book again.

− Parking is what it is and you just need to think and plan a little to both minimise the cost and not get caught out with a ticket - it's a town center apartment so you have to accept that. Cleaning could do with a little more attention to detail - oven was pretty grim in all honesty and a few of the glasses were a bit sticky so needed a good wash before using. There are a few minor maintenance issues that need attending to - half a day's work for local handyman I would suggest.

Stunning sea views as per pictures. Couldn't comment on staff as we didn't see anyone.

− Would have been better if the lift was working, rather than having to climb nine flights of stairs with luggage etc.

Stunning sea view

− Kitchen was dirty..cooker hood was grease, shelves dusty,pots & pans need replacing. Hole in bathroom door,black marks on the walls ,stains on upholstery. In my opinion the apartment needs a lot of TLC you pay for the view . 😏
