− Väike voodi, lärmi oli kuulda ja üsna kallis, kuigi london ongi kallis.
Great location but patchy wifi. Could have been better but for the price it was ok.
6.0Great location to public transport. Ground floor room (2 beds) was spacious and clean. Warm welcome and they were able to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out.
− Wifi was patchy. Front desk not always manned (afternoon when picking up luggage). Windows not sound proof and walls were thin so you could hear alot on the street and in the building even at night.

− Soba je bila jako mala i nečista. Bila je puna vlage, plijesni i smrada. Izgledalo je kao da godinama nije održavana. Moj partner je doživo napadaj astme zbog količine vlage u sobi. Krevet je jako loš i jako je šporka posteljina. Wc je bolje ne komentirati jer nemam ništa pozitivno za rec. Potrudili smo se cijeli dan biti van sobe, samo kako ne bi provodili vrijeme u njoj.

2.0Ebraam the night porter was super kind and helpful.
− The mattress protector had yellow stains all over it, the mattress protector was bit on the bed up side down to the rubber part was what I was laying on and it was making me sweat. The pillows the thin and ripped at the seams. The room was tiny and barely any space to move with two people in the room. One bed was right up against window that didn’t shut properly. The toilet sink didn’t drain. The shower head was rusty. The wardrobe was about to collapse. The was hair all over the mattress. One evening I came back and I had striped the bed in the morning and on my return my bed had not been made inky fresh towels had been left so at 1:30 in the morning I had to go back down to reception to ask for fresh bedding and the night porter had to come in to our room to make up the bed. I did insisted I’d make bed up myself but he did it. The night porter was lovely and very helpful when we asked about the said issues. i got rash on my arm from what I think was from the mattress not being clean.
