10.0The staff was extremely friendly, accommodating and made my stay so relaxing and fun. It was not very crowded the week I went which was very nice. It’s not right in the city but close enough access to everything. Can’t wait to go back!

5.0Right of the ocean
− On Saturday March 14, 2026, at 08:30 am we had a Power Outage @ Hidden Jewels. The was not restored until around 11:00 pm that night. HOT HOT HOT inside the room. This is very bad with no room generator power.

8.0We like the location, setting and restaurant. Great view of the ocean. Bed was very comfortable.
− The thatched roof was noisy in the wind and dropped pieces. Not a big deal but a surprise. It was a windy night.
