7.0• La habitación y el lugar es muy bonito y acogedor. • Jardines e instalaciones bien cuidadas. • El check in y check out fue rapido y virtual. • Me entregaron la habitación a tiempo. • La cocina está bien equipada. • El balcón con vista al jardín fue mi área favorita de la habitación. • baño bonito y espacioso.
− • En las fotos se muestra que hay un área de spa y un hot tub pero cuando llegamos allá nos dimos cuenta que no había. • Cuando les escribí al WhatsApp para preguntar por el hot tub y spa nunca respondieron. •No hay lugares para sentarse en el jardín trasero que es el más bonito y con vista al río. •El agua para ducharse no estaba caliente, estaba tibia tirando a fría. • El wifi no funcionaba tan bien.

7.0− No hubo desayuno. Me entregaron la habitación tarde. No estaba bien limpio, el inodoro estaba sin descargar. No había spa como lo promocionan. El internet estaba muy malo.

1.0The complex itself was very nice, nature, greenery, etc.
− You won't find any employees there, and when we picked up the keys from the safe box, it wasn't what we paid for. In our booking it was clearly written: 1 separate bedroom, living room, etc.In reality it was one large room with a separate bathroom, and no separate bedroom.After a lengthy WhatsApp communication with an unknown person, they admitted their mistake and that it was not what we booked, but that they were fully booked and the only thing they could offer us was a 30% discount and a bottle of wine.Unfortunately we couldn't accept it, we left the accommodation untouched and went to another hotel. I asked for a refund, an unknown person on the other side promised to forward the request to the management, but nothing happened. All further communication was ignored and no refund was made.Beautiful nature, buildings, environment, but something fishy about that place.
