9.0Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos, apesar de nao ser próximo aos principais pontos turísticos, a estação de metrô é quase em frente assim como o ponto de ônibus
I would most certainly stay in this hotel again.
10.0We chose this hotel because it was in a quieter area of the city. The rooms are a great size with comfortable beds, good storage and lovely en suites. Our days were hectic so we ate in the restaurant every night. The food was excellent with comparable prices and the service from Christian our waiter was second to none. We also loved the relaxed atmosphere in the bar area which was so comfortable. The recepion staff are very attentive particularly Luigi who helped us with several requests.

10.0Localização e instalações renovadas. Literalmente ao lado da estação Tiburtina e do metrô. Ótimo café da manhã !
− O ralo do box do chuveiro está entupido e tive que interromper o banho para a água não transbordar e esperar para esvaziar lentamente.

− Cafe da manhã so tinha pao de caixa e constantemente faltavam varios itens basicos além de atendimento sem nenhuma empatia. Houve falta na reposicao de toalhas.
