10.0This is not a polished hotel so do not expect this. The building is ageing and it does generally feel a little tired. The bathrooms are shared. However, this is excellent value for money. It is comfortable, clean, quiet, very well positioned in town, and I never found the bathrooms occupied, so basically it was no different from having my own bathroom. The cooked breakfast was excellent. The owner is a lovely lady, very welcoming, helpful and friendly. In my view this is a fantastic option and is a 10/10. I will definitely book again if I need to stay in Aberdeen.
The property is a little rough around the edges, but the manager is very sweet.

− Property needs repairs & maintenance. The doorknob on our room fell off. Towels were quite thin and scratchy. One toilet didn’t flush properly.
Perfect homely stay
10.0My stay at Roselodge Guest House was very homely Eileen was just a wonderful host she went above and beyond to help me enjoy my stay in a very quiet area. The location is fantastic 5-10 mins from train & bus station. My room was very clean, bed was very comfortable with tea, coffee, a fridge & WiFi. Breakfast was great poached egg 10/10.
− I can’t fault my stay I would return to Roselodge Guest House if I were back in Aberdeen, or pop in to say hi.
