Cancelled at the last minute by the owner! Had to make different arrangements. Still not refunded!
1.0− We drive several hours to the property, only to receive a text from the owner (not Booking.com) informing me of a double booking so there was no accommodation for us! Owner has been promising to sort out refund for weeks now! Still nothing! I am leaving this review now in the hope that booking.com can intervene!
