The bed was very comfortable and the AC was nice and cool. The pool was just as pictured.

− The restaurant closes at 3pm which makes sense with only 12 rooms but there are no snacks available for purchase and no refrigerators in the room. We had to buy a cooler and buy ice every day. The drinks were also very overpriced - more expensive than what you find in town. The location is good but only if you are accustomed to the heat and humidity - if not the 10 min walk feels deathly. We opted to rent an ATV.

Cuando llegue al hotel estaba lloviendo fuertemente, por tanto, la alberca estaba sucia, con hojas de árbol, los solares de las habitaciones estaban desordenados por lo que mi primera impresión fue desoladora. Mejoró el clima, entró el staff de mantenimiento y mi visión del hotel cambió radicalmente. La actitud de servicio y atención a clientes del personal del hotel fue increíble. El concepto de hotel innovador y moderno y permite tener contacto con la naturaleza. Me gusto que no tienen TV, hay buen internet.

The staff are super kind, especially the evening service. The morning people were not very attentive though and spent all day looking at their phone instead of checking on guests…

− First, the location. It’s far away from any ‘busy’ area or beach, and you need to take a moto or taxi to go anywhere. Second, the cleanliness. The pool was very dirty and despite having told it to the staff, they did not make anything about it. The light went on and off after some rain. Last, they did not told us we needed to ask for the room to be done daily which turned out to leave our room not cleaned when we did not specifically asked for it. It’s okay if we need to ask, but let us know in advance…also they charge you for everything, even a second “coffee” (if you want to call it like that) during breakfast. Oh, I nearly forgot, breakfast is not worth the money, and they don’t have most of the options, funneling options to eggs, fruit, and pancakes…
