4.0Poor service by front desk staff. When I extended my stay forced me to switch rooms to a smaller one and told me I had paid for different rooms. Both times I had paid for standard rooms. They also tried to change an agreed rate on me. Sheets were unchanged for 3 days. You always have to ask for extra towels. Food was not great. Wouldnt book again.
