booking.comさんで15人でお部屋を取ったのに2部屋隣り合わせ出なかったのが最大の遺憾でした。楽天ステイさんの配慮で隣り合わせで楽しく過ごせました。施設は満足できました！ありがとうございました。また機会があれば是非使わせて頂きたいと
9.0綺麗！使い易い設計であり、広々とした空間が子ども達が喜んで走り回ることができたので良かった。
− 2部屋隣り合わせで取ったが、片方の部屋だけ凄く臭かった！硫黄？下水？とても嫌な悪臭がした。冷蔵庫の中に前の人の残した物と思われる物が残っていた。2部屋ともに！不可解であった。
首页没有展示整体建筑物全貌，看图片和说明以为是整栋一户建都是我们的，到了之后才发现是一间一间的，像マンション一样。

− 在烧水壶后面发现了抽烟的烟头，清洁不到位。 入住注意事项明确写了10点以后要安静，但隔壁邻居12点还在开派对，非常吵，给客服打电话客户竟然让我们直接报警，酒店客服不管。

− お天気が悪い日にはテレビの映りが悪いとのこと、何か改善策を考えていただきたいです。 NHKだけ映ったり、消えたりで少々ゲンナリしました。 空調機器、床暖房のはめ込みリモコンの表示がなく不親切感は否めません。
